Cream Cheese Lavender Spread
1 brick of cream cheese (8 oz) warmed to room temperature 2 T dried lavender 3 garlic cloves, mashed Kosher salt, to taste
Stir the cream cheese, adding garlic, lavender. Add some salt to taste. Chill. I often freeze this in a small ice cube tray, I can then pop out a couple of cubes to enjoy.
You can also add lemon rind to this.
Great on crackers, sandwich spread, on chicken, pork, frittata, etc.
