Lavender Shrimp Salad
This is a quick and easy meal for hot days. Can also be made with canned tuna fish or canned chicken.
1 cup of small salad sized shrimp, cooked and drained. If using frozen shrimp, thaw and drain.
1 small onion, diced.
1/4 of a green pepper, diced.
2 Tablespoons of dried lavender, rubbed between your hands to release the flavor.
2-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, to taste.
Tiny amount of salt, if desired.
Combine all ingredients and chill together.
