| Lavender in Cooking| Lavender is primarily a savory flavor. It is great with garlic and other herbs, eggs, pork or chicken, cheese. Add lavender to anything you’re making with lemon. As a switch, dark chocolate things like cake or truffles shine with a hint of lavender. Shortbread cookies with lavender and lemon are amazing. 
 I offer samples of several lavender foods including bean dip, cream cheese with garlic, and sweets. All recipes can be adjusted to consider dietary needs and preferences.
