Lavender Wands

Lavender wands being made with ribbons This class can only be taught when there is fresh lavender to be picked. It's most common during the middle end of June, but with the rise of other varieties of lavender right up until the frost. Students will learn about the history of lavender wands and be guided in making their own wands that they can bring home and enjoy. There will also be an opportunity to purchase plants.
